Italian Fiesta Pizzeria located in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood is a restaurant that serves pizza, pasta, and sandwiches. They’re most well known for their thin crust pizza.
I visited the restaurant for lunch on a Saturday afternoon with my father. I ordered a small cheese pizza, and my dad ordered his pizza with sausage. When we tried our pizzas, we were both disappointed with what we got in return. The cheese on the pizza was too rough and chewy.
My dad didn’t like his pizza either commenting, “We’re not going back there again.” I agree!
If you ask me, my preferred pizza style is when the cheese and bread are soft, but the bread is a little crunchy and toasty. I like full size triangle slices instead of the squared slices offered at Italian Fiesta. I also prefer my tomato sauce to be smooth instead of chunky.
