Last month, Chi Art’s debuted a student-led play, “Eurydice,” which explores the Greek mythology about Orpheus and his wife Eurydice
Anna Livia Jacobsen, the actor playing Eurydice, explained that working on this show was a process, “I’ve been working hard on developing my stage presence, adapting and growing into this character because it is a more serious role.”
For two hours after school Monday through Friday, the team worked on the production under the direction of Ms. Scambiatterra, who served as the director. There was also stage managers, a crew and extra assistants who helped with stage props and assisting the cast with quick changes.
Despite the long hours, Jacobsen said it was “very rewarding,” to see it come together.
