Ingredients

- cucumber
- cherry tomatoes
- avocado
- pesto
- lemon
Steps
- Cook pasta.
- Chop cucumbers.
- Halve tomatoes.
- Slice avocado.
- Mix pasta and veggies with a little bit of pesto and lemon juice.
Kale Yeah!
Ingredients
- olive oil
- salt
- lemon
- cranberries
- almonds
- apples
- kale
Steps
- Mix kale, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a teaspoon of olive oil in a bowl.
- Add cranberries.
- Chop up apples and add to mixture.
- Crush almonds and add to bowl.
- Salt to taste.
